Port Blakely welcomes and encourages open and honest discussion about the future of the Issaquah Highlands community. But we are concerned as the conversation appears to have taken a misguided turn.

The Transfer of Development Rights (TDR) Agreement is about creating a mutual win for the city and the community. It benefits both the city and Issaquah Highlands by preserving open space and by accelerating and improving our town center.
