The following information was compiled from City of Issaquah police reports:

• A librarian called police after discovering a man was shooting up drugs with a syringe in the downtown Issaquah library March 17. The man left blood on the bathroom floor, before leaving on foot. Police were able to find a witness.

• When Washington State Patrol was issuing a no-contact order to a man at the Issaquah Police Department on March 17. An officer soon discovered he was driving under the influence, after his car rolled out of its stall at the station.

• Police offered a drunken man at a boat launch on East Lake Sammamish Parkway a ride home March 17. It was dark, cold and the man was wearing dark clothing.

• Someone called police on a newspaper delivery man, who was getting in and out of his blue car to deliver newspapers on Newport Way SW and Wildwood Boulevard Southwest at 4:38 a.m. March 18.

• Police responded to a report that a kid was trying to light things on fire on Rainier Trail on March 16.

• A 22-year-old woman was arrested for shoplifting two sandwiches, a $4.78 loss, from Front Street Market March 16.

• Police contacted a man who left his dog tied up in a busy parking lot on the 1100 block of Northwest Gilman Boulevard on March 17. The man agreed to leave his dog in the car next time.

• A teenage boy was arrested for shoplifting at the Front Street Market on March 17.

• A computer tower, jewelry and clothing were stolen from the 3000 block of Northeast Logan Street on March 18.

• A man called police after receiving text messages from his ex-wife. He had a restraining order against her March 19.
