Wolves win nail-biter against Marauders

The Eastlake Wolves registered a comeback 4-3 win against the Mariner Marauders on March 21. Mariner had a 3-0 lead after two innings of play. Eastlake scored a run in the bottom of the third and the bottom of the fourth, cutting Mariner’s lead to 3-2. Eastlake tacked on two more runs in the bottom of the fifth, taking a 4-3 lead.

Eastlake captures win against Bainbridge

The Eastlake Wolves defeated the Bainbridge Island Spartans 12-11 on March 19 in Bainbridge Island. Eastlake’s Garrett Edwards scored the game winning goal with 3:34 left in overtime. Edwards finished with a team-high four goals in the game. The Wolves improved their overall record to 1-1 with the overtime victory.

Eastside Catholic defeats Palo Verde

The Eastside Catholic Crusaders registered a 12-6 win against Nevada’s Palo Verde High School on March 20 at the Boise Invitational in Eagle, Idaho. The Crusaders (1-1) will face Lakeside High School at 5 p.m. today in Seattle.

Issaquah remains undefeated thus far

The Issaquah Eagles attained a convincing 21-0 win against the Lindbergh Eagles on March 20 in Renton. Issaquah improved its overall record to 3-0 with the victory.
