The construction season continues in a big way as the city of Issaquah and the Washington State Department of Transportation work on various roads during the night next week.
Beginning Monday evening, the city will be restriping SE Issaquah Fall City Road from E. Lake Sammamish Parkway SE to SE 58th Street from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. The project is dependent on good weather, and will be completed Aug. 20. The road will be limited to one lane in each direction during those times.
Next Tuesday evening DOT will close the I-90 eastbound exit to Highlands Drive NE and E. Sunset Way from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. to pave and make repairs to the catch basins. There will also be lane restrictions along E. Sunset Way near I-90 during the same time period Tuesday evening. Alternate routes, such as Front Street or High Point exists are being encoruaged.
The next night, Aug. 19, DOT will close the right lane of westbound I-90 at 164th Ave. SE for maintenance and paving from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. on Aug. 20.
