A representative for Vulcan properties confirmed that Microsoft will not be renewing its lease at the building Vulcan owns at 21930 SE 51st St. in Issaquah.
The building is part of Sammamish Park Place where Microsoft has a large presence.

Lori Mason Curran, real estate investment strategy director with Vulcan, said Microsoft’s intentions for the other buildings are in its hands.
“Microsoft is constantly moving people around,” said Mike Schreck with Colliers International, but he could not say if they are going to abandon Issaquah.
Microsoft’s PR firm, Waggener Edstrom, declined to comment about Microsoft’s plans for its future in Issaquah.
