Wildlife education classes to begin

On April 6, Washington Fish and Wildlife staff will present a seminar on co-existing with bears, bobcats, and cougars inside the city of Sammamish.

On April 6, Washington Fish and Wildlife staff will present a seminar on co-existing with bears, bobcats, and cougars inside the city of Sammamish.

Residents concerned about living with wildlife are invited to attend the presentation, from 7 to 8:30 p.m., at City Hall.

The seminar will be led by Bruce Richards. Among other things, he will bring bear traps, stuffed wildlife, and a bear dog trained to go after grizzly bears.
