We need state representatives like Ramiro Valderrama in Olympia. I am proud to be serving with him on the Sammamish City Council, and I’ve learned about how he thinks, acts and represents his constituents.

He is a “doer” and just gets things done. He listens closely and intently to the concerns of all the citizens of Sammamish, and I know he would do the same for those in the 45th Legislative District. Even more importantly than just listening, he then takes action and makes sure that the concerns are acted upon.

In addition, his integrity is impeccable. As a combat military veteran, I’m keenly aware of the views and beliefs instilled in those of us who have served our great country. Having graduated from West Point, Valderrama exemplifies the highest standards of excellence in leadership and service to others.

I’d proudly serve alongside of him in any battle. After serving with him and getting to better understand how he thinks, acts and represents his voters, I believe that the voters in the 45th District would genuinely benefit by electing him as their representative.
