Skyline wins sixth straight contest on the gridiron
The Skyline Spartans continued their winning ways on the gridiron with a convincing 48-0 win against the Inglemoor Vikings on Oct. 14 in Sammamish. Skyline (6-1) will face the Woodinville Falcons in a Class 4A KingCo matchup on Oct. 20.
O’Dea defeats Eastside Catholic Crusaders
The O’Dea Fighting Irish captured a 20-17 victory against the Eastside Catholic Crusaders on Oct. 14 in West Seattle. The Crusaders (6-1) will host the Bainbridge Island Spartans at 7 p.m. on Oct. 21 at Eastside Catholic School in Sammamish.
Wolves dominate Knights
The Eastlake Wolves cruised to a 45-3 win against the Newport Knights on Oct. 14 in Factoria. Eastlake (5-2) will host the Issaquah Eagles at 7 p.m. on Oct. 21 in Sammamish.
Cougars earn win against Eagles
The Bothell Cougars registered a 42-14 win against the Issaquah Eagles on Oct. 14 at Gary Moore Stadium in Issaquah. The Eagles (1-6) will play the Eastlake Wolves at 7 p.m. on Oct. 21 at Eastlake High School in Sammamish.

Eastlake wins 4A district tournament
The Eastlake Wolves boys golf team captured first place at the 2016 4A District boys golf tournament on Oct. 11 at Snohomish Golf Course. The Wolves tallied 78.5 team points. Newport, which finished in second place, compiled 65 team points. Juniors Richard Halbert and Tommy McCoy tied for third place with a total of 145 strokes during the two-day tourney. Freshman Victor Wang nabbed fifth place (146) and freshman William Halbert captured seventh place (150).

Wolves sweep Granite Falls in non-league match
The Eastlake Wolves defeated Granite Falls 3-0 on Oct. 11. Eastlake (9-3) will face the Skyline Spartans at 7 p.m. on Oct. 24 in Sammamish.
Spartans cruise past Falcons
The Skyline Spartans registered a 3-0 win against the Woodinville Falcons on Oct. 12. The Spartans will host the Eastlake Wolves at 7 p.m. on Oct. 24 in Sammamish.
Eastside Catholic conquers rival in private school contest
The Eastside Catholic Crusaders cruised to a 3-0 win against the Seattle Prep Panthers on Oct. 14. The Crusaders will host Bishop Blanchet in a showdown between private schools on Oct. 20.
