Bernie Perenchio

Bernie Perenchio of Bellevue, was born on March 30, 1928 in Milwaukee, WI. He passed away on October 7, 2008 in Bellevue, WA. He was preceded in death by his wife, Donna Perenchio. Bernie met Donna while attending the University of Wisconsin and they married two years later, November 7, 1953. They settled in Hales Corners, WI where they raised six children. Bernie started his career at General Motors and in 1972 accepted a job with the Boeing Company and moved to Mercer Island, WA. Bernie retired from Boeing in 1990. Survivors include his three sons Jon Perenchio, Mark Perenchio, Jim Perenchio; three daughters Victoria Nelson-Perenchio, Laura Herron, Cindy Nelson; and twelve grandchildren. A celebration of life will be held 2:00 p.m., Saturday, November 29, 2008 at The Summit Clubhouse, 5449 156th Avenue SE, Bellevue, WA 98006.
