Skyline earns split against Inglemoor in dual track meet
The Skyline Spartans girls track team collected a 83-68 victory against the Inglemoor Vikings on March 23. In boys action, the Inglemoor Vikings registered a 81-64 win against the Spartans. Skyline girls athletes capturing first place in their respective events consisted of Katrina Atkinson (200), Jennifer Tidball (1600), Ali Hirayama (shot-put), Jackie O’Hara (discus), Maddie Amans (javelin), Julia Matthews (high jump), Ariel Danyluk (triple jump), and Mia Crocker (3200). The 400-meter relay team consisting of Emma Terry, O’Hara, Danyluk, and Atkinson nabbed first place with a time of 52.41. The 800-meter relay squad which included Geneva Schlepp, Maisy Webb, Atkinson and O’Hara had a first place finish with a time of 1:52.09. On the boys side, Skyline athletes capturing first place finishes were Luke Stiles (100, high jump), Alexander Laucius (800), William Kimball (1600), Makennan Hurd (3200), Liam Carius (shot-put, discus), Daniel McJunkin (pole vault) and Bradley Kim (triple jump).

Bandow tosses no-hitter against Garfield
Eastside Catholic pitcher Jackson Bandow unveiled a no-hitter against the Garfield Bulldogs on the baseball diamond. The Crusaders captured a 6-0 win against Garfield on March 24. The Crusaders improved their overall record to 3-3 with the win.
Skyline dominates Liberty
The Skyline Spartans baseball team, a squad who captured the Class 4A state championship in 2016, cruised to a 11-1 victory against the Liberty Patriots on March 23. Skyline improved its overall record to 2-1 with the win.
Issaquah wins nail-biter against Kentridge
The Issaquah Eagles earned a 3-2 win against the Kentridge Chargers on March 25. Issaquah improved its overall record to 3-1 with the win.
Rebels shutout Wolves
The Juanita Rebels nabbed a 1-0 win against the Eastlake Wolves on March 24. Eastlake’s overall record is 3-2.
SOFTBALL
Cougars cruise past Eagles
The Bothell Cougars cruised to a 20-10 win against the Issaquah Eagles on March 23. Issaquah dropped to 2-2 with the loss.
Vikings defeat Wolves
The Inglemoor Vikings tallied a 6-0 win against the Eastlake Wolves on March 23. Eastlake’s overall record is 1-2.
Lake Stevens conquers Skyline by just one run
The Lake Stevens Vikings nabbed a 2-1 win against the Skyline Spartans on March 25. Skyline dropped to 4-1 overall with the loss.
Vikings earn win against Eastside Catholic in private school matchup
The Bellevue Christian Vikings cruised to a 8-0 win against the Eastside Catholic Crusaders on March 23. The Crusaders have an overall record of 1-3.
