Thank you to Sammamish and the surrounding cities for supporting our 12th Annual African Bike Drive. Volunteers loaded 278 bikes, plus hundreds of parts into the cargo container bound for Sierra Leone, Africa on May 20. To date, the ARAS Foundation has collected over 7,600 bikes for Ghana and Sierra Leone. Special thanks to Sammamish Hills Lutheran Church for the venue, the dozens of volunteers who showed up for a day of service to help prep the bikes for shipment and to all those who donated their beloved bikes so that others could enjoy them.
