Chalk Art in Issaquah

Take a walk through Olde Town Issaquah and you’ll find that the concrete sidewalks have been transformed into walkways of color expressing the beauty of summer.

From grinning cats to pastel butterflies, from gumballs to ice cream cones that look good enough to eat, the kids of Issaquah brought out their artistic talent in the annual Chalk Art Festival on July 26, creating designs that will brighten up the town for as long as the sunny weather lasts.
