Issaquah built a 9–1 lead at the half behind the defensive play of Kevin Powers and Kole Lindor.
Eastside Catholic boys lacrosse records first win
Ian Duscharme scored a hat trick to lead Eastside Catholic to a 13–5 Boys Division I high school lacrosse win over Lake Tapps, Thursday at Eastside Catholic’s Charlie Acosta Field. Michael Rambaldini scored two goals and grabbed 11 ground balls as the Crusaders secured their first win of the season.

Crusaders break into win column
Eastside Catholic earned its first win of the season Thursday afternoon, beating Blanchet 1-0.
The Crusaders netted the winning goal in the 44th minute off the foot of Colin Malaska. Miles Linde had the assist on the play.
The Crusaders improved to 1-1 in league play and 1-5 overall.

EC drops doubleheader to Holy Names
Holy Names earned two victories over Eastside Catholic Thursday afternoon, downing the Crusaders 7-5 in one game and 7-2 in the other.
Ronnie Mae Ayers was 2-for-3 with a double in one contest.
Sylvie Thomas and Madie Baker earned the victories for the Cougars.
Eastside Catholic is now 2-3 in league and 3-4 overall. Holy Names kept its record flawless, moving to 7-0.
