Roberta “Bobbie” Anderson passed from this life to the next on April 26, 2019 exactly 1 month before her 94th birthday. Bobbie was born on May 26th 1925 in Portland, OR. As a young child her family moved to Canby, OR where she lived until attending Oregon State University and marrying Glenn Anderson in 1943.
Bobbie, Glenn and their four sons lived all over the country moving first with the Air Force and then with the Boeing Company. Bobbie and Glenn settled in Issaquah, WA in 1972 and after Glenn’s death in 1980 Bobbie stayed in the area eventually moving to Providence Point where she had lived for the past 16 years.
In the early 70’s Bobbie worked as an Avon Lady and after several years began a successful career selling real estate until retiring in 2000. Bobbie loved traveling with her friends and visited dozens of countries abroad and places all across America.
Bobbie is survived by her four sons and their wives, ten grandchildren and six great grandchildren. When asked how she would like to be remembered, her answer, without hesitation was “She was a good friend”.
