Hughes captures two first place finishes at state meet

Skyline senior Brandi Hughes earns titles in the Class 4A 100-meter hurdles and the Class 4A 300-meter hurdles

Skyline Spartans senior Brandi Hughes captured first place the Class 4A 100-meter hurdles finals with a time of 14.12. Issaquah’s Nikki Stephens finished in second place with a time of 14.61. Hughes also cruised to a first place finish in the Class 4A 300-meter hurdles finals with a time of 44.02. Emerald Ridge’s Karlee Stueckle finished in second place with a time of 44.90.
