The Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) has announced it will close the westbound Interstate 90 off-ramp to State Route 900 in Issaquah on Wednesday, April 28.
Crews will close the westbound I-90 off-ramp at 8 p.m. and reopen the ramp by 5 a.m. Thursday morning. Drivers will follow a signed detour using the exit to West Lake Sammamish Parkway.
During the closure, crews will install traffic sensors in the pavement and grind down existing pavement to prepare for final paving in May.
This work is part of the SR 900 – SE 78th Street to Newport Way widening project.
Crews opened the new SR 900 lanes to traffic on April 14.
Weather permitting, they expect to complete final paving and striping by June.
