Vehicle prowl

An emergency kit was stolen after a window was broken out of 1997 Ford Victoria sometime between 12:45 p.m. and 9:45 p.m. on Oct. 2 in the 5500 block of East Lake Sammamish Parkway Southeast.

Domestic dispute

Police were called after a report of a verbal argument at 7:25 p.m. on Oct. 4 at the intersection of Rainier North and Sunset Avenue, a report said.

Bear spotted

Officers responded to calls of a male yelling at 12:05 a.m. on Oct. 5 along 5th Avenue Southeast. They were unable to find the man who was yelling, but they did locate a “mama bear” roaming the streets. The bear wandered into the brush and the yelling eventually stopped.

Drunken driving

A 29-year-old male from Covington was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence at 1:15 a.m. on Oct. 5 at the intersection of Southwest Clark Street and Wildwood Boulevard Southwest. His blood alcohol content was measured at .125 and .122, according to a police report.

House egged

A house in the 1600 block of 25th Avenue Northeast was egged, according to a report filed at 2:01 a.m. on Oct. 5.

Domestic violence

A 21-year-old Renton male was arrested for suspicion of domestic violence at 4:54 a.m. on Oct. 5 in the 500 block of Newport Way Northwest.

Shoplifting

A 27-year-old Redmond male was cited for suspicion of stealing rolling papers, valued at $1.99, from the Front Street Market, at 80 Front Street South at 4:55 p.m. on Oct. 4.

A 19-year-old Issaquah male and 20-year-old Fall City female were arrested on suspicion of stealing $23.12 worth of food and beverages from the Front Street Market at 2:49 p.m on Oct. 5.

A 27-year-old Issaquah man was arrested for investigation of attempting to steal a bottle of men’s cologne from Costco at 1:36 p.m. on Oct. 5.

Drug arrests

Two 19-year-old Renton males were arrested on suspicion of marijuana possession at 10:08 p.m. on Oct. 5 at the Front Street Market, according to a police report.
