Who is making news in the Issaquah and Sammamish area

Four area students have been named to the dean’s list for spring 2012 at Northeastern University. They are Mia Radic, Nauchelle Martinez and Sherry S. Son, all of Issaquah and Kaitlyn J. Tsutakawa of Newcastle.

 

Anna Magidson, daughter of Victor and Yuliya Magidson of Issaquah, has received a $2,000 Wells Fargo Annual Scholarship for the 2012-2013 academic year at Western Washington University. She is a2012 graduate of Issaquah High School.

 

John Lewis Herrington, Kelle Elise Agassiz, Jeffrey D. Crocker and  Taylor William Lundeen, all of Issaquah, have been named to the dean’s list for spring 2012 at the University of Idaho.

 

Aaron Abolofia, Chole Barcus, Sharon Davis, Jay Deines, Travis Greene, Steven Kakoczky, Karie Mitchell and Shay Plunk, all of Issaquah, have been named to the dean’s list for spring 2012 at Eastern Washington University.

 

Jase Butorac, Dallas Deremer, Danielle Garrido, Ashlee Harden, Cameron Lee, Emma Markham, Danielle Matthews, Bronte Pitzele, Jeffrey White and Kate Zopolos, all of Sammamish, have been named to the dean’s list for spring 2012 at Eastern Washington University.

 

Gabriel Wang of Sammamish has received a National Merit scholarship from Rice University. Wang is a graduate of the Bear Creek School.

 

Faith Fowler of Issaquah has been named to the dean’s list for spring 2012 at Hofstra University.
