Drivers can learn basic car care and get an oil leak inspection at free auto leaks workshops offered by the Department of Ecology and Seattle Public Utilities. In addition to the professional inspection, the classes will cover how to check basic car care systems, vital fluids, belts, hoses, filters and more.
