Issaquah players, coaches help lacrosse team to tourney title | Prep sports news

Issaquah was well represented on Team Washington, as the Coho took the title at Tri-State National Lacrosse Tournament.

Four players and a pair of coaches from Issaquah teamed up with some of Washington’s best to capture the tournament championship at the Tri-State National Lacrosse Tournament in Princeton, N.J.

The Coho featured Issaquah High School rising sophomores Jordan Dondoyano, Ryan England, Jake Lindahl and Jake Collins as well as head coach Brandon Fortier and assistant coach Jordan Goldstein.

The team went 8-0 in the tournament, which featured more than 150 teams, and beat the Long Island Express in the title game. The team will continue its East Coast swing Champ Camp in Maryland.
