Carmen Malsbury has joined the Issaquah Commercial banking team as a vice president/commercial lending officer for Whidbey Island Bank

Malsbury has been a commercial banker in the Puget Sound area for over 33 year, much of that experience in the Issaquah and Eastside markets. At Whidbey Island Bank, Carmen will be responsible for business development and lending to operating companies within the region. Opening of a new Issaquah office is scheduled for early January 2014.
