Issaquah boys, Skyline girls get wins | Prep sports scoreboard

Issaquah's boys picked up the win while the Skyline girls came out with a victory.

Jake Henke scored a team high 16 points and sophomore guard Ty Gibson added 15 more as Issaquah used a 16-9 advantage in the fourth quarter to come back and top Skyline 49-48 on Friday.

Jonah Eastern had a game high 20 points for the Spartans in the loss, but was the only Skyline player in double figures.

Rachel Shim led the way for Skyline with a game high 21 points and Haley Smith added 16 more in the 63-50 win over rival Issaquah.

Lacey Nicholson added 12 points and three steals for coach Greg Bruns’ squad in the win.
