Police cite homeowner for underage drinking ‘event’ | Sammamish Police blotter Aug. 2-14

Reports were taken from King County Sheriff's Office incident logs

The blotter consists of officers’ accounts of crimes and incidents in the city of Sammamish. Anyone arrested is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.

 

Aug. 2

HUMPBACK MISSING: Someone found a “Camelback hydration backpack” at the Beaver Lake Lodge located at 25201 S.E. 24th St. around 4 p.m.

Aug. 3

UNDERAGE DRINKING: An underage drinking event was broken up by the homeowner on the 24300 block of Northeast 16th Place and then again by police. The host was cited for minor in possession.

BUSTED: Police caught someone in possession of marijuana at the corner of Northeast 19th Drive and 234th Court Northeast around midnight.

Aug. 5

FIRE: Police responded to a fire at the play equipment at the Knolls at Inglewood Hill apartment complex at 22626 N.E. Inglewood Hill Rd. around 3:40 p.m.

Aug. 9

LIKE POP ROCKS: Police responded to a male resident at the Knolls at Inglewood Hill apartment complex at 22626 N.E. Inglewood Hill Rd. because the man had ingested bath salts and had a bad reaction.

Aug. 10

BOLTS: Someone unscrewed bolts on the perimeter fence of a locked construction site on the 22700 block of Southeast Fourth Street. The unknown person was able to steal property after breaking a window and bending the bars to crawl through the fence to access locked job trailers.

Aug. 11

ASSAULT: A husband reportedly kicked his wife in the stomach before going to work on the 24100 block of Southeast 21st Street. The injury did not leave a visible mark and police were unable to contact the husband that day.

Aug. 12

THIS STORY HAS SOME HOLES IN IT: A resident in the Bordeaux apartment complex located off of 240 Way Southeast reported suspicious and unexplained holes in her mattress.

Aug. 14

SEX TAPE: A woman on the 24500 block of Northeast Third Place reported that her husband video taped them having sex without her consent.
