Last week a group of doctors and staff from the Eastside Pediatric Dental Group dressed up in their best Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs gear.
No, it wasn’t a late Halloween party, but the Winter Pineapple Classic, which raises money for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
The race is held annually at Magnuson Park in Seattle, and consists of 5K run with an obstacle course, all in the outrageous costumes.
“Every 4 minutes a person is diagnosed with a blood cancer and this year some of our patients and their families have been affected,” said EPDG Doctor Donna Quinby.
“This was a fun way that we could show our support to those affected.”
