Dec. 1:

  • Reindeer Festival at the Cougar Mountain Zoo: Through Dec. 23 from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Santa will be available from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 1:30 to 4:30 p.m. with intermittent breaks to check on his reindeer. 19525 S.E. 54th Street in Issaquah.

  • Pancake Breakfast with Santa: 9 a.m. to noon at Swedish/Issaqauh. Have your picture taken with Santa and decorate your very own free keepsake frame.

Dec. 10:

  • A Place at the Table, the Nutritional Benefits of Eating Seasonally: 7 p.m. presented by Marilyn Walls, PCC nutrition educator. Eating seasonally puts the freshest flavors on your table and offers the best selection of local foods.
