Westbound I-90 traffic heading to Seattle will be diverted to the express lanes on Mercer Island beginning at 11:30 p.m. Friday, Feb. 17, until 7 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 18. WSDOT crews will test the ventilation and fire suppression systems inside the Mount Baker Tunnel in Seattle. The work is part of the third and final stage of the I-90 Two-Way Transit and HOV Operations project.
