$137M acquisition includes The Plateau Club in Sammamish, 7 other golf courses

Oki Golf's 8 premier properties — which includes The Plateau Club in Sammamish — will be acquired by HNA Holdings Group for $137 million, according to an announcement from Oki Golf on Oct. 11.

Oki Golf’s 8 premier properties — which includes The Plateau Club in Sammamish — will be acquired by HNA Holdings Group for $137 million, according to an announcement from Oki Golf on Oct. 11.

“While we have been approached several times regarding acquisition, this is the first time we felt that the vision and opportunity being presented was a strong fit and a natural next step for the evolution of the Oki brand,” said Scott Oki, founder of Oki Golf, in a press release.

In addition to The Plateau Club, the other seven golf course are: The Golf Club at Newcastle, Washington National Golf Club, The Golf Club at Redmond Ridge, Trophy Lake Golf & Casting, Harbour Pointe Golf Club, The Golf Club at Hawks Prairie and Indian Summer Golf & Country Club.
