East West Bank will offer a free workshop on the linked deposit program, a financing program for OMWBE certified minority and women’s business enterprise.

The program allows a reduction of up to 2 percent in interest rate on an existing loan for qualified applicants.

Gerald Ballard, a management analyst for Business Development and Agency Support, Office of Minority & Women’s Business Enterprise; and Tom Chang, senior vice president, East West Bank regional director, will discuss the program.
