Guest celebrity Seahawk Doug Baldwin cuts ribbon of new Issaquah La-Z-Boy

New location features furniture, home accessories and bedding sub-store.

The Greater Issaquah Chamber of Commerce celebrated a ribbon-cutting ceremony for La-Z-Boy on April 5, as celebrity ribbon-cutter Seattle Seahawk Doug Baldwin welcomed the new business.

Chamber members gathered in the showroom with Laz-Z-Boy Seattle CEO Chris Washko and Issaquah Mayor Mary Lou Pauly to celebrate the furniture retailer’s “new concept” stores — the first one in Washington.

Washko previously told the Reporter that the company had eyed the Issaquah location for the last six years due to its tremendous growth opportunities.
