International leadership and success speaker Chris Widener will discuss “Winning with Influence” at the Issaquah Chamber of Commerce luncheon from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at Timber Ridge at Talus. The location is a change from the chamber’s regular meeting site.

Widener is a local resident with global following and is ranked among the top international speakers and authors on leadership, personal development and work/life success.

How to use “soft power” rather than “hard power;”

The two primary factors others use to determine whether they will follow you or not; and

The easy to understand secrets of magnetic influence by using the attraction factor of personal transformation rather than persuasion techniques.
