Kelly Rowley Richardson achieves CCIM designation

Kelly Rowley Richardson was one of eight Washington real estate professionals to earn her Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in 2012.

 

Kelly Rowley Richardson was one of eight Washington real estate professionals to earn her Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in 2012. The CCIM designation is the highest professional certification one can earn in commercial real estate.

To earn the designation, Realtors must complete more than 160 hours of case-study driven education covering topics such as ethics, interest–based negotiation, financial analysis, market analysis, user decision analysis and investment analysis for commercial investment real estate. Candidates must also compile a portfolio demonstrating the depth of their commercial real estate experience and pass a comprehensive examination.

She also is a Master Docent for the Issaquah Fish Hatchery and a member on the B2B (business to business) committee for the Greater Issaquah Chamber of Commerce. She also is a participant in Leadership Eastside 2014’s class.

She is the designated broker for Rowley Properties, a family-owned and operated property management and development firm that purchases, develops, leases, and manages property throughout Western Washington.
