A recent cartoon in the paper depicting the Tea Party sinking the Democrat’s boat was so far from the truth.

Almost all of the Tea Party candidates failed to win in the elections – the two running against Dino Rossi in Washington state, Joe Miller in Alaska, Sharon Angle in Nevada, Christine O’Donell in Maryland and numerous others. Rand Paul of Kentucky made it through because he is a Libertarian.

Where exactly was this Tea Part sweep? It was just rebranded Republicans claiming they will do a better job this time after 11 years of putting us in this mess to begin with. Let’s give them the equal two years to fix everything like we gave the Dems and see what they can get anything done.
