The city of Issaquah’s Arts/Culture department will screen “Grumpy Old Men” 7 p.m. Saturday as part of its Second Saturday Film Series.
The 1993 film, which reunited frequent on-screen duo Jack Lemmon and Walter Matthau for the first time since 1981’s “Buddy Buddy,” follows the misadventures of two retirees in Wabasha, Minnesota. John (Lemmon) and Max (Walter Matthau) maintain a relatively civil feud for years, until competition over the attentions of new neighbor Ariel (Ann-Margret) leads to all-out war.
The movie will screen in the Eagle Room of City Hall, located on 130 E. Sunset Way.
