On Jan. 23, Chap Clark, a well-known practitioner, author, and adolescent/family scholar will speak to the community at 7 p.m. in the Eastlake’s Performing Arts Center.

Clark wrote Hurt 2.0: Inside the World of Today’s Teenagers which he presented to a large audience last spring at the Boys and Girls Club.

This event does not require a ticket, although it is a first-come, first-serve seating arrangement.

The Inglewood Middle School PTA and Sammamish Presbyterian are hosting the event, and said that they are fortunate to have such a contemporary person come and speak to the community as part of the focus they have on pursuing a balanced and valuable life filled with hope and resiliency. They hope the community will be able to attend.
