The Emerald City Sun Tanning center was robbed at gunpoint on July 28. Located in the Town and Country Square shopping center at 1175 NW Gilman Blvd. an employee said at approximately 9:37 p.m. the suspect entered the business acting as a potential customer. The man displayed a handgun demanding cash and ordered the employee to the rear of the business. The suspect then fled in an unknown direction of travel, according to a press release from the Issaquah Police Department.
The suspect is described as a white male, between 30 and 35-years-old, is 6 feet tall, medium build and approximately 180 pounds, with short dark hair. He was wearing a dark baseball hat, black T-shirt and camouflage, knee length shorts at the time of the incident, according to the police.
