Ka’Deidre Rials, the 23-year-old woman charged with a felony hit-and-run in the Jan. 25 Beaver Lake Park homicide of 22-year-old Mo Radcliffe, pleaded not guilty to all charges at her arraignment Wednesday morning at the King County Courthouse in Seattle.

Rials, of Kent, was also charged with one count of second-degree identity theft and two counts of vehicle prowl in the second degree.

Rials was arrested at a house in Skyway on Jan. 28 for her role in the hit-and-run that killed Radcliffe on Jan. 25 at Beaver Lake Park in Sammamish. Detectives believe Rials was the driver of a gold Infiniti SUV that ran over Radcliffe after he had confronted car prowlers. Radcliffe was the son of a Seattle police officer.

Rials is one of three suspects, along with a 17-year-old female and a 16-year-old female, connected to the case. A 16-year-old male was also arrested in connection to the case on Jan. 28, but is not a suspect.

Police were able to find Rials and another teenage female suspect using information from a credit card stolen from another vehicle at the park, which was used at a Fred Meyer in Renton about 45 minutes after Radcliffe had died.

Rials’ next court hearing is set for March 2 at the King County Courthouse.
