After several minutes with the emergency siren on, the driver eventually pulled over at the intersection of Southeast Duthie Hill Road and 273rd Avenue Southeast. The Burien woman driving the car said she was in deep conversation with the passenger and did not see or hear the officer’s attempt to pull her over. She will receive an infraction in the mail for the defective taillight, failure to yield to an officer and for driving without insurance. The driver and passenger were released on scene.
