The Issaquah Development Commission will hold a Community Conference Public Meeting on Wednesday, Nov. 5 at 7 p.m. in the Council Chambers of City Hall South. Up for discussion will be the request to demolish an existing house and build a three story commercial office building. The new construction will include 2,800 sq ft of office space and is located at 825 7th Ave in the Gilman Subarea.

Also under discussion that night will be the First Stage Theatre Reconstruction. The purpose of the meeting is stated as to create general discussion, raise issues and propose creative options prior to the submittal of permits for the project.
