The City of Issaquah budget process is set to start next week when Mayor Ava Frisinger will present the proposed 2011 budget at the City Council meeting on Oct. 4. The city will then host two public hearings on Nov. 1 and Dec. 6. Residents are welcome to voice their thoughts at either of these hearings or during the audience comments section at the regularly-scheduled council meetings.
