Sammamish residents Surabhi Nirkhe, Stephanie Kim, and Emily Chen, students of the International Community School (ICS), achieved outstanding results at the Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) State Business Leadership Conference in Spokane last month.

Chen and Nirkhe were first place finalists in the Global Business category.

Kim was a fourth place finalist in the Job Interview category, and a fifth place finalist in the Emerging Business Issues category, along with Chen.

The FBLA is an education association that prepares students for careers in business and related fields.
