The Drug Free Community Coalition invites residents to fill out a survey on drug use and drug programs within the Issaquah School District.

Information from the survey will give the coalition a baseline to evaluate the progress of its work to date and Healthy Youth Initiative programs. The deadline is May 30. The coalition is  also asking for help in recruiting as many people as possible to complete the survey.

Survey participants should live within the Issaquah School District boundaries and be 12 years of age or older.
