Forum to discuss sorority life

A college sorority information forum, sponsored by Overlake Alumnae Panhellenic, will be held at 7 p.m. March 5 at the Redmond Library, Meeting Room 1, 15990 NE 85th St. The forum is free and registration is not required.

A college sorority information forum, sponsored by Overlake Alumnae Panhellenic, will be held at 7 p.m. March 5 at the Redmond Library, Meeting Room 1, 15990 NE 85th St. The forum is free and registration is not required.

The program will cover the membership recruitment process, sorority life on campus, and the lifelong benefits of sorority membership. Speakers will include current University of Washington sorority members, the director of the UW Office of Fraternity & Sorority Life, a house director and sorority alumnae. The audience is encouraged to ask questions.

Guests will also learn about the Overlake Alumnae Panhellenic scholarship program. To qualify, applicants must be Eastside high school senior girls who plan to attend colleges or universities that offer opportunities for NPC sorority membership.
