Dr. Theresa Cheng will offer free dental care to combat veterans and their caregivers from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Nov. 20 at her Issaquah office.

Veterans only receive dental benefits if they are 100 percent disabled; otherwise they must pay for care themselves. In addition, the adult dental Medicaid budget is dwindling and slated to be eliminated completely by the governor.

Appointments are limited.
