Police closed a part of Front Street North Wednesday morning, after a driver crashed a truck into a traffic signal and fled the scene.
The driver was later arrested, and no injuries were reported.
Meanwhile the city is asking drivers to use alternative routes to get around the East Sunset Way intersection, including Newport Way Northwest and Second Avenue Southeast.
Metro routes 200 and 209 have also been rerouted.
