Sammamish councilmember Kathleen Huckabay has been named to the board of directors of the Together Center in Redmond.

In addition to the council, Huckabay is a certified public accountant as well as a certified financial planner.

“We are very lucky to have such an experienced community leader join the work of our board of directors, said Board Chair Hank Myers. “Kathy is skilled at working in teams and very engaged in working on community issues.”

Together Center is one of the first nonprofit multi-tenant centers in the nation. Services include medical and dental care, youth shelter, child care assistance, youth and family counseling and more. The center is located at 16225 N.E. 87th St.
