With Mark Mullet departing the Issaquah City Council to take his new job in Olympia, the city is looking for qualified candidates to fill his position on the Issaquah City Council.
To be considered for the vacant council seat, qualified candidates must be at least 18 years old, a registered voter and a resident of Issaquah for at least one year prior to their appointment.
Applicants can submit the required documents (on the city’s web site) by email to clerks@issaquahwa.gov, by mail to City Clerk’s Office, P.O. Box 1307, Issaquah, WA 98027 or in person at City Hall, 130 E. Sunset Way.
