The Issaquah Library Board is seeking applications and will be hosting an information session from 6_30=7:30 p.m. on June 25 at the Issaquah Library.
The board acts as a bridge between the library and the local community, and communicates with the city, King County Library System and library staff members about needs in the community that the local library can help address.
The June 25 information session will go into further detail about the roles and responsibilities of a library board member. The Issaquah Library is located at 10 West Sunset Way.
Those interested can apply now online.
