Photos buffs have one more week to submit entries in the Issaquah Reporter’s Amateur Reader Photo Contest.

The deadline for submissions is 5 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 11. The winning photos will be published in our April 18 issue.

Photographs can be entered in any or all of the following categories: local scenery, local people and local animals (pets and livestock).

Entries will judged by the Reporter staff. A prize will be offered for the best photo in each category.

To submit your photo, e-mail them to editor@issaquahreporter.com and clearly mark them as contest photos. Submitted photos should be at least 72 dpi and at least 14 inches by 11 inches. Limit your submissions to three photos total.

Please should include your name, city of residence, contact telephone number and a few details on when and where the images were taken.

The newspaper reserves the right to publish any photos submitted in future editions, online or in special sections.
