While few of us like taxes, I am supporting the three replacement levies on the February ballot. These levies are an investment in our future and are critical to providing adequate funding for essential programs in the Issaquah School District.

These three levies will replace three that will expire Dec. 31 and will benefit our students, our community and our economy.

Given the Issaquah School District’s prudent and responsible financial management of resources, I trust them to use levy funds to benefit academic programs and classroom support, operations and student health and safety. I urge your support for these levies.
