With temperatures expected to plummet into single digits Tuesday night, the Issaquah School District decided to close schools Wednesday, Nov, 24.
That means all meetings, field trips and activities are also canceled.
The district was closed Tuesday and secondary students got out of class early Monday night so bus drivers would have time to get everyone home. Some elementary students got home hours late.
The National Weather Service is forecasting a low of 7 degrees tonight with a high of 35 Wednesday.
More snow is expected Wednesday night, but should begin to melt by the afternoon on Thanksgiving Day.
